Some more S'mores!!!:D

Oh gosh! I have this fabulous cooking book "no time to cook" by Donna Hay. It's a wonderful book and I love it. It has got all these lovely but really easy recipes and from time to time I get around to make something I found in it.


So one day came across s'mores. I then found out that it's a traditional campfire treat common for the US and Canada. I have never heard of it before but who can resist chocolate, cookies and marshmallows?!


Their name seems to be perfect (s'more -> some more). But I have to admit after having had ONE I had to give up. I couldn't take anymore even though they were yummmmmmy!


They are really easy to make and taste great. Just a perfect little something for treating your guests or yourself :)

And this is how you make them:

Chocolate chip cookies with a piece of chocolate and half of a marshmellow on top it. Put it in the preheated oven for 3 minutes (160°C).

Take them out

Put another cookie on top of it. Eat!
